Template update using JA Extension Manager doesn't seem to work.

After upgrading my Joomla template using the JoomlArt Extensions Manager, the version name of the template doesn't get updated. How do I know if the template was really updated??

I am using the JoomlArt Template called "ja-simpli".

After I update the template it gives me the following message:

You have successfully upgraded from version 1.0.2 to version 1.0.6 at 15 Feb 2021, 19:27:33

However, the version of the template still shows 1.02.

When I click on "Check Update", it continues to show me versions 1.03, 1.04,1.05, 1.06, despite the fact the extension earlier displayed the message that i successfully upgrade the template.

Any idea?

It seems to be issue when updating directly from v1.0.2 to v1.0.6, pls try to update to v1.0.3 first. Then update to v1.0.6, it will work.

There seems to be issue with the update of JA Simpli via JAEM.

I've shared with the team already, kindly wait.
