"View more" button remove, and rescale grid thumbnails (homepage)

I have two questions:
1) How can I remove the "view more" button in the upper right corner from the "our blog, shop, team .." modules?
2) Can I change the proportions of the thumbnails in the articles grid/brick ("Our Projects")?
They are almost square, and is it possible to get more panoramic, e.g. 16: 9?

1 - It will depend on each module settings, for example with 'Professional team', you can simply remove the button label in backend settings:

2 - Could you share the URL of your site and screenshot of how you want it should be?

Sorry, I did express myself wrong.
The page does not exist yet.
At the moment I'm working on how to adjust the template to my needs.
I am currently testing possible solutions.
At the URL (hidden) there is an example,
- in which I want to get rid of the "View More" button directly under the Masthead.

Is it possible?
