The activity stream is replacing some characters with their HTML code. So a single quote (') has become '
To fix it i have to click edit post and resave it.
It is not a problem if i comment a post.
I tried to upload and install the patch you have in page https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/34010-activity-stream-replacing-characters-with-code but i get error message
I try to upload the zip in a folder tmp and install but i get an error message

I tried it and got error message, then i noticed it is the same package I already told you has error.
Please read again my previous message. This package is not getting installed.
