Shape5 Soul Search - Joomla Template - Problem after joomla Update

Hello,

I have a question regarding the template "Soul Search Joomla Club Template". On Website http://ifasaustria.at/index.php/de/ we have updates Joomla from 3.4 to 3.9 yesterday.
Now we have realized, that the top menu isn’t shown anymore (like you can see here https://web.archive.org/web/20201126091042/http://www.ifasaustria.at/index.php/de/).

Do we need to update the template or which option we have to set in Joomla?

You have to use latest version of template and all extensions a well. https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/shape5/joomla-templates/s5-soul-search

I can not see any active membership under your profile, kindly subscribe for the template membership plan, update the template and all supported plugins. Let me know if issue remains the same.
