Modules don't load sometimes. I think due to cache issue.

This issue is happening on several of my sites using the t4-blank template from the T4 Framework on Joomla
Modules not present on the current page aren't loading in.

To replicate:
Clear cache using the 'Maintenance: Clear Cache' option in Joomla back-end, and then hard-refresh the page, all the modules on that page will load in, but any modules on other pages that aren't present on the current page will not load in when navigating to those pages.

I believe the issue is with the getLayoutData() function in the getBody() function in the file: /plugins/system/t4/src/t4/Document/Template.php
Because after console logging this function I can see that it just doesn't call the modules that aren't present on the intial load.
The only time I got the issue fixed was when I turned 'Development Mode' on in Joomla backend.

Could you clarify in more details? like which module and on which page it doesn't show so I can check for you.

If your site is still under development stage, you can enable the Development Mode so you can see the changes on frontend immediately.

Ok, so take for instance the home page. If you clear cache, then hard-refresh on the home page. Any modules showing on the homepage will load in (section-1, footnav-1, footnav-2, footnav-3, footnav-4, footer). These will be the only modules that load in for the rest of the site now though. So when you navigate to the 'Homes For Rent' page, for example, you will not see the 'sidebar-r' module that is supposed to be there.

It's as if t4 is caching whatever modules are present on the first load, then not looking for any more modules on any other pages navigated to.

When I access that page: property-listings/homes-for-rent I see modules show in sidebar now and the development mode is off now.

P/s: I also tried to access template + menu settings but there is error there.

Sorry, I've fixed the issue in the backend, you should be able to access the template + menu settings areas

But how to replicate this issue? as I tried to add a custom module and it also displays correctly in sidebar-r position now:

Steps to replicate issue:
1) Navigate to site home on front end
2) Clear cache in Joomla backend using 'Maintenance: Clear Cache'
3) Hard refresh the homepage on the front-end.
To Hard-refresh:
a) In Chrome/Edge/Firefox press: Control + Shift + R
b) In Safari:
4) You should see the 'section-1' module
5) Now, navigate to the 'Homes For Rent' page and you will not see the 'sidebar-r' modules.

The issue I believe, is that when you clear cache and first reload a page, all modules present on the page will load, but when navigating to any other pages that have modules that were not present on that first load, they will not show up.
