You should make JoomlArt Updates[Core] as default service - i switched it for you

Remember : you can update only joomlart extensions and extensions where you have an active membership - Ja megafilter require an active membership JAEC type to be updated wich you do not have , you have only a JA Pro membership which allow you to update templates and complimentary extensions - ja megafilter is not listed as complimentary extension in any template.

As i said above you are not allowed to update ja megafilter because you do not have an active extension membership

Regarding ja builder it doesn't use the ja extension manager, but it upload itself logging in to your joomlart account from ja builder component in backend when you try to create or edit a page.
