How to change the Font style and what are fonts available? is it possible to use custom font?

I tried to add this https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Akaya+Kanadaka?preview.text_type=custom&sidebar.open=true&selection.family=Akaya+Kanadaka
But it is not working

Could you try to clear all caches?
