S5 Accordion Menu problem with sub-menu formatting

The S5 Accordion Menu module changed the appearance of the last 2 sub-menu items that were created. I've checked everything and can't seem to find what may have caused this change. I've attached a picture of the issue. Photos and Document Center are the 2 sub-menu items that I'd like to correct. Thank you for your time.

Something wrong with the markup as those 2 items are 2 <li> tags but they show outside of <ul> tag.

Could you share the super admin account also?

There is no notification when you updating the info in this topic so I don't know that.

I found the culprit of the issue, there is a hidden menu item (Calendar - on your site in this case) that shows before the 'Photos' and 'Document Center' items and it broke the layout of module.

I just re-order these menu items by moving the 'Calendar' - hidden item to the bottom and it's working normally now.
