It seems a bug on mobile of this cart page, I've reported to the team to fix it.

I updated the solution into your site:

Its the same.
If i have the size at 580px (deault) it shows like the printscreen i sent you, if i change to 400px, the wide goes fine but it will deform the header showing a white bar and the words shopping cart in portuguese "carrinho de compras" goes huge size.

Maybe cache? as it looks good at my end:

That part is looking fine now because i applied the default sized but if you scroll down you will see that with that sizes the black bar with price etc is double the size of the screen and you are forced to rotate the screen. (See the printscreen of the first post)

You can try this custom css:
