el-profe Hi This is Joomla media that not allow you to upload files. You can add the mp3 file extension in Articles > Media > options as supported extension. or use this method to upload and play mp3.

el-profe Hi Kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff with article URL. Also make sure the code is correct and working fine. If its not working with default Joomla template as well, it means there is issue in your code.
