Bootstrap 4 version in current T4 plugin

I noticed that current T4 plugin 1.1.3 (released 20.01.2021) still contain Bootstrap v4.3.1 (from 2019) while current version of Bootstrap 4 is already 4.6. How about to include current version of Bootstrap 4?
