It due to the PHP 7.4 version that JomSocial is still not fully compatible with.

You have two options:

1 - Use this beta package, it will be released soon, but still beta. You should backup your site first:

2 - Or just switch back to php 7.2 and error will be gone.

I recommend switch back to php 7.2 while waiting us to release new JomSocial version.
