I am trying to install your JA Autoshop demosite as subdirectory to the client site I'm currently converting to that template. The idea is to make it easier to see how you have configured it on the Joomla backend. Anyhow, after uploading and extracting the quickstart zip, the https://demo.busybeedeli.com.au site only produces blank pages. I spoke to the support guys at cPanel and they reckon some extension is missing that is needed by your template.
andrewwinkler Hi Kindly check the domain is redirected to http://www.busybeedeli.com.au/demo/ and there is no installation found on this. The main install found on main domain only.
I've uploaded the JA Autoshop quickstart zip into the /home/busybee/publichtml/demo folder - which is the folder demo.busybeedeli.com.au is pointing to - and extracted the file. I've used that method before for other sites. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry, I worked out what's the mistake. I only uploaded the template, not the quickstart file.
