Why don't show administrator page after active Use URL Rewriting

Hi
When I enable Use URL Rewriting, the admininstrator page will not be displayed after 12 hours or more, and when I enter the admininstrator page link to enter the site admin, the re-page will be redirected to the home page.
After activating that file, I renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess, but because the file .htaccess was supposedly in root, there was a name conflict and I I had to rename the original file to .htaccess1
I do not know what the right solution is and I do not know according to the contents of the file .htaccess Is it right to rename it to avoid interfering with the htaccess.txt or not?

When URL Rewrite is enabled in Joomla all all the redirection handled by .htaccess file , If depends what changes you have in the htaccess file. If you rename the .htaccess file in root folder this means that file no longer active now. For your site redirection URL you have to use the .htaccess file present in the site root folder.
if the site is in a subfolder and there is another htaccess file as you mentioned that will override it and work as main file.

You have to check with your hosting provider as its not related with the Joomla site and purely depends what customization you have applied.

I am not sure on this how your site is been redirection that add delay, You can post this question on Joomla forum as its more related to CMS customization.
