Hi
Your site has custom css that move it down.. It will show in the left side like its in PC as the code i loading before main nav in layout files. Best possible solution on this is move it in left as its in PC view.
You have this code in custom.css file remove it and check
@media(max-width:992px){.t3-mainnav .container .row{display:flex;flex-direction:column-reverse!important}}
It will appear as its in PC view in same row.
