when writing a post and trying to add a photo, even the smallest size. the user get following error
Not enough memory to process the image.
php settings are set to unlimited (also tried 128mb) with no success
also
when trying to solve problem in jomsocil troubleshooting, the troubleshooting page will not open it gives this error:
DirectoryIterator::__construct(/home/qyos/public_html/certificates): failed to open dir: Permission denied

    Pankaj, thank you I fixed the error by changing the values in images.php .. (line 732 though)

    but I still have the troubleshooting page problem inside jomsocial > tools > troubleshooting

    there I can not find any solution or tips

      Can you share more details what issue you have in this option? Its required only if you are facing any problem using JomSocial for example it show tech specs that required.

                This error refer to the folder in your public html folder does not have the read permission or it does not exist.
                Kindly check this, if it remain same kindly submit the working super user login in edit fields options
