when writing a post and trying to add a photo, even the smallest size. the user get following error Not enough memory to process the image. php settings are set to unlimited (also tried 128mb) with no success also when trying to solve problem in jomsocil troubleshooting, the troubleshooting page will not open it gives this error: DirectoryIterator::__construct(/home/qyos/public_html/certificates): failed to open dir: Permission denied

Can you share more details what issue you have in this option? Its required only if you are facing any problem using JomSocial for example it show tech specs that required.
