Max number of events for each user

I need to put zero in number events of a specific user. I Cannot find the Data inside database to put zero. I look in community user but here there isn't
what is the Field ?
max event now is 900, but a user reach this and I wanti put value to zero

There is no limit for each user on this. The limits work only for daily options.
On the backend In event setting you can add this limit for all http://prntscr.com/10g5rmt
This work for all user and once user cross this limit they can not add more events.
