Author avatar in the article

hello, I apologize for reopening this topic again but I really need some support. voiloà after posting this topic you advised me to move towards the complementary extensions of joomla but I would like to insert a code directly. So here after some research I found this page which files a code to insert in the article in order to have the image of the author and I'm wondering if I should insert the function [ $ authorId = $ displayData ['item'] -> created_by; ] and fetch the author's image by (<img src = "<? php echo $ authoravatar;? > "/>) in the defaut.php file of the article ?

I checked the previous thread you opened for this, and noticed our team member suggested to use an extension from JED as Joomla does not offer this option.
About the link its very old and if you want to hack the Joomla core you can try it with default Joomla template like Protostar , if it working with default Joomla template the same will work with JA Intranet template.

thank you for your reply. I found a module which little displayed the avatar but I do not know how to display this module in the message position !!

Hi. It's not module
This is auto element that show the alert messages only. You have to add new module position in tpls/blocks/Mainbody files to add new position above components.
