Hi

After several hours of trying to make the certificate work with MPDF, I suggest that you ad this information, to the FAQ /certificate page https://guru.ijoomla.com/certificates

  1. If you are working in windows, you cannot unzip the mpdf-file with the build in zip-program, you have to use another one, like 7-Zip, otherwise the file will get corrupted.
  2. When the file is unzipped, you have to rename it to MPDF, with capital letters, so this is the name the file has, in components/com_guru/helpers
  3. If you upload your own background file, it should be 800x600 px + .png format – if it is in .jpg format, it will not be sharp when printing.
  4. It would be nice ass well with an explanation for dummys, in how to add fonts to mdpf.

    Hi
Actually the page refer to the main features and working.
The MPDF and PDF and inbuilt option and once you change it the information is on the backend here : http://prntscr.com/10hw3f3
including the background image size http://prntscr.com/10hw3wq
The change in image does not make difference from Guru its image own property to give more good graphic in different formates.

I will also share the feedback to concern team so some information can be added in faq as well.

    Regards

    thank you for your understanding.
I would think there are others who just like me, are not a nerd for websites, and therefor need to have it explained right down to the smallest details.

I have also been having trouble with this plugin.
Although it says there should only be ONE MPDF folder in /helpers...
      /components/com_guru/helpers/MPDF
      /components/com_guru/helpers/MPDF/vendor/mpdf
      /components/com_guru/helpers/MPDF/vendor/mpdf/mpdf

Why can't you fix the program to be installed like all other Joomla plugins.
This is driving a few of us crazy!

Why is the background not as clear in mpdf view?
Why are the font sizes different?
Where is the CSS for pdf?
