Can't insert intro and main images in frontend

Hello,
I have trouble with inserting intro and main images in articles from front end.
It seems like it is on all my website that uses T4 Framework. Website that use T3 are working fine.

I got this message when trying:
"Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any idea?

Something wrong on your site specific as I just tried to replicate the same issue on my local site but it worked normally.

Could you share the FTP account also?

The problem is JCE editor!
When using Tiny MCE, change images from frontend is ok.

I then go to Options in JCE and set
"JCE File Browser in Image Fields" to NO
and all is working fine.

except one small ting, the windows that open for choosing image is very small, is it possible to do something with that?

I set the height for the popup in the file: /plugins/system/t4/themes/base/css/frontend-edit.css

Could you check it now?
