hello

i have translated the .ini file... added a nl-NL file with the same name... how can i set this as default for jomsocial?

Hi
JomSocial follow the language that you set in Joomla.
open Joomla admin > language > site language.
If your site default language is NL it will also show NL. Make sure you translated the files correctly , If there is error it will show JomSocial in default English language.

Can you tell me which are the files that need to be translated? I translated the file en-GB.com_community to nl-NL.com_community but nothing happened... I triet to rename the NL file to GB to see if it would work but then i just see all the "tags" like i.e. COM_COMMUNITY_PHOTOS_ALL_PHOTOS_TITLE
I really need this to be translated to dutch and i guess there are no language packs available so i want to translate this myself... (When i go to the translations page i get a 404-error by the way).

It will install all files directly in NL language. You can review the translation as it's from volunteers. Set the site and menu items language to Dutch and it will show Dutch language.

Haha thanks... I just spend a lot of time translating the big .ini file because i thought there weren't any translations... next time ill look better 😛

I just installed it and indeed it is in dutch now... I will make some adjustments though but i looks good at first sight...
