Hi, i fix some issues i need help for the errors below (these errors are common to all joomlart templates)

The same errors an all templates. So new website need to be combatible with ACCESSIBILITY and we have problem.
We need fast fix so give me info to fix them and then if you upload newer version of template we can update.
