My Hero module isnt displaying an image. I looked for a solution in the posts but didnt see it or I missed it. I have made a 1920x960 png and jpg. Neither work.
brolly Hi Kindly check the permission of the site files and folders. its blocked by your server 403 error http://prntscr.com/10m0pum Change the permissions 755 for folders and 644 for files it will fix the problem.

brolly Hi Kindly ask your hosting provider to check the ownership of files Example this is logo http://hearterra.com/templates/ja_property/images/logo.png And its giving 403 error from server side. The same issue with all images on your site.
