Accordion menu not working on mobile phone?

HI Saguaros.
I have realised the theme may not be correctly registered and is preventing me saving changes to the template style. I copied the theme files from another installation.

I'm not sure if this may be affecting the accordion menu?

How do I correctly register the theme files that i copied across? So that I can also save further changes to the theme styling?

Hi.
I copied these files into the template theme folder, from another installation.
There seem to be 2 possible linked issues. The accordion folder not working and I cannot adjust and save settings on the template.

(tulip2.json, theme.tulip2.son, theme.tulip2.css, theme.tulip2.map, theme.tulip2.php)

The second issue is that I cannot save changes to the template style. I cannot understand why. The changes, such as colour settings seem to save, but do not take effect and are being overridden at the front end.

As mentioned previously I copied the style settings across from another installation and seem to work. I am just unable to make further changes.

Hi John,

The issue is we don't know how did you customize to have that tulip2 theme as by default, Buildr doesn't have that child theme.

Could you share the login info where you have that 'tulip2' theme so I can take a look?

Hi.
I copied the tulip2 theme files from another installation. This was the previous installation and not on line now. I wanted to maintain the same theme settings and layout as my previous template settings. The settings have followed but I am unable to now make further amendments. The accordion menu is another issue not working on mobile and may not be related.thanks john.

You will see for example, I am unable to change the template general settings >style>colors>secondary.

This is currently set to color 96c92d. If this is changed and saved, the change has no effect at the front end.
I am not able to make changes to style color settings.

Additionally the Sidebar2 accordion menu does not work on mobile phones.

Hi,

I added the fix to your site. The updated file is: templates\buildr\zengrid\libs\zengrid\js\framework.js line 80.
Now the accordion is working fine.

And i don't see the color issue. Still save second color normally.

Thank you for looking, but I do not see the fix working.

When I look opn my mobile phone the accordion menu does not work. It does work on PC and when the screen is minimised on PC but not on a smaller mobile device such as a phone.

I have changed some colour setting now in style and although they are showing as changes in the backend, this is not changed at the front end. I have changed the style Secondary colour setting to [327fc7] and also the TOP Row container position to [327fc7] with no effect on the front end.

This should have changed the colour of the top toggle menu and the default colour for the Zentools tabbed display in the Grid 8 position.

Is the problem that the template theme is not writing to the correct css file theme.tulip2.css ?

Sorry. Yes the accordion menu is working now. I needed to clear my phone browser.

It's just the template style settings that is still an issue. Many thanks john.

After changing theme setting, you should save it

And we recommend to turn off this option, because it causes less compile error

Thank you. That works. Turning off 3rd party css framework allows the changes to be saved.
