After Update: Links and Button use any blue color instead of $primary

After updating T4 Template all links and buttons switched to standard T4 blue color, even if that blue is nowhere in use in my template. (I changed all global colors and color pallettes to the brands colours.)

Workaround: I added links and buttons styling manually to override the blue color.

Are you using latest version of T4?

In the new version, we moved the Typo/Heading settings to 'Site Settings' section, while you can set the color for primary/base/ palettes easily in 'Theme Color' section:

Yes, I am using the latest version and I set all brand colors in site settings. Despite that, links are not using the color I set there.
