ThemeMagic screen disappears

Today I had the intention to change colours of our website based on a JA Techzone template. I noticed that the ThemeMagic option no longer functions, i.e. the settings field shows up for a split second and changes after a moment in the website without template.
The template is still in version 1.0.1 (current version is 1.0.8) as the designer and license owner has finished his activities.
Please advice.

If you are using a very older version it may have issue or compatibility bugs. I suggest you to purchase the template membership and update the template to latest version. If issue remain same, kindly submit the site login via edit fields options in first post.

As per support policy only active membership users can get support and downloads for Premium products.

Today I installed JA simpli and noticed the same problem. To login and verify yourself, you find the details in the appropriate fields.

Kindly fix the login info for staff and share what error you are getting in JA Simpli as this template is different compare to JA Techzone.

Login is fixed. For the Techzone template the problem is: I noticed that the ThemeMagic option no longer functions, i.e. the settings field shows up for a split second and changes after a moment in the website without template.
For JA Simpli, I even can't access the style page, in the first second it turns into the current frontpage.

The screenshot was missing but checked on 2 separate computers, all showed the same problem i.e. if I choose Extensions -> Templates -> Styles -> ja_simpli - Standaard, the screen shows the Template Information but after a few seconds this screen dissappears and is replaced by the original homepage. Please check once more.

Hi Pankaj,

I'm doing something really wrong and it drives me nuts, but I have no clue. Thanks for your patience.
All I do is click on the ja_simpli Standaard style link. Your screenshot image I see for a second, then it is replaced by the frontend page. None of the other templates show this behaviour.
Any suggestion how to debug this?

Kindly set the template to default and check if you have any custom rules in htaccess file for redirections, if still its showing, just disable all 3rd party extension and check.

As the JA Simpli template does not help me to solve my original problem, I installed now the Purity III template, based on the T3 Framework. Now I noticed exactly the same behaviour as my JA Techzone template for Theme Magic: After hitting the button the Customization screen pops up a second and then the Frontpage takes over and nothing can be done.
Do you see the same behaviour?

You have to disable the redirection rules from .htaccess file and disable all 3rd party extensions, this is no issue from T3 its forced by redirection on your server only.

Hi Pankaj,

Spot on. There was no redirect rule but a third party plugin AntiCopy caused it. I have deinstalled the plugin and replacd by Disable Right Click.
