My client would like to put the bottom part of HP (on red background) on top of HP just below menu and before videos & albums.
Which module position wan I display for this "les artistes" module or how can I add a new position module in default template ?

There is no position on this, you have to create a new block just like slideshow.php file in tpls/blocks folder
and define it in the the default.php file
