Update:
The PHP allow_url_fopen directive is disabled now on your site: allow_url_fopen = off
You can access PHP settings in your server and enable this directive, the captcha will work fine then.
saguaros I did it but seems don't sending email!!
I just enabled the captcha plugin and test to send email but it worked.
Could you clear cache and check again?
