Hi
In Joomla if an article or category does not associated a menu item it will use the default system URL with Article/category ID and show it on default Homepage. You must assign it to a menu item to open it correctly with own alias.

        Yes, but on Article Options, I choose "Remove ID from URL" but it still shows them.
        ?view=article&id=103:gn2&catid=31

        It is working in other websites I have, using Focus or others, but not in this one.

                Kindly create a category blog menu http://prntscr.com/10timqd like this and it will fix the issue.

                Also you can set the default Joomla template to Protstar and see this is same with default Joomla template as well.
