Question about extension Com_community

hello,
I am using Joomshaper's helix platform and a template called SP LMS - a learning platform. In the template I downloaded there are some sample JS modules: JS who's online, for example. I tried to use JS who's online but it doesn't appear to work because my template is missing the com_community component. Is that something I can get separately?
I presently cannot even browse to my site - help.thinkiq.com - because I get a FATAL error saying this component is missing.

I have deleted the who's online module and unpublished everything JomSocial, but I still cannot browse to my site. This is the error:

I do not understand from your site what the most basic offering you have is, and if I can somehow use the extension com_community on it's own.
I have reached out on the Joomshaper forum and hope they actually respond to me sometime soon...

I can not see any active membership of JomSocial on your profile to conti. support on this topic.
If you are using JomSocial on your site kindly make sure its latest version. Using outdated version with lower PHP values may create issue.

To conti. support kindly subscribe for a JomSocial membership plan, As per support policy Only active members can get support and download for Premium products.
