Activities Stream direct no way to Submit

My site activity stream rainbowrv.com in the community area had a way to post directly. in the past I believe to submit the post all you did was click enter. now no way to submit. a submit button would be good but as it was , members posted direct. you are still able to reply to a post and keyboard-ENTER to submit it now. this all happened when I did an update of several components. the update caused my site home page to go white until I disabled the Activities Stream module on that home page. (I just re updated the component via download then drop in the admin and was able to enable the module but activitys submit is not working still) . my major update was with Jreviews and issues there revealed my site continues to load up mootools I tried to stop mootools with a plugin " System - Mootools Enabler/Disabler" and the front page image rotation module stops and the activities stream in community page no longer shows a place to enter any text at all.

php 7.4.16 ,,, Joomla 3.9.25. ,,, JomSocial4.7.8 ,,, thested in firefox,google,ie,edge.
Here is hope everyone at JomSocial office and members on this forum are well and safe from the worlds issue.

on the community page activity stream, https://rainbowrv.com/index.php/communityj3/todays-online-activities in the top block , where it background says "Say what's on your mind...."
type a couple words (keep it clean please) then notice that a submit button WORKS for this new profile. ( just learned this setting up that account for your test)
BUT
.....on old user accounts with moderate past website activity, no submit button shows
......on old accounts(ie 2014) with one prior website visit, it acts good like a the new JomTest profile
PROFILE WITH ISSUE below
here is a profile with activity that we have used for a test the past 12 years with JomSocial. The bug shows in this profile even that we have not looged into or used "Judy" profile for a test in 6 months Judy JomTest

looks like some profile post limit test because Judy can post images but not a comment. the options I have show Admin>JomSocial Community>Configuration>Daily Limits that are shown are

Limit Number of New Messages 5 /day
Limit Number of New Pages 30 /day
Limit Number of New Groups 1 /day
Limit Number of New Events 100 /day
Limit Number of New Photos 50 /day
Limit Number of New Videos 2 /day
Limit Number of New Polls 3 /day
Limit Number of Friend Requests 10 /day
Limit Number of New Files 2 /day

looks like a limit issue not an access issue
