You can share menu with virtuemart module. I only checked eshop menu.

First of all in component when you try to put virtuemart you have Warning: str_repeat(): Second argument has to be greater than or equal to 0 in/plugins/jamegafilter/virtuemart/fields/javmcat.php on line 37manhta

Yes, all the fixes will include in new version.
Megafilter uses url hash to save filter results. You can use it to share. It won't affect to your SEO so don't worry about it.
