header modules not being displayed on mobile screen

I have the problem on this site that the hikashop filter module and the hikashop category display module are not being displayed on the mobile screen. On another - almost identical - site they are being displayed. I can't work out why they are shown on one site and not the other. The login details for both sites are the same.

You should compare the block you customized like: /templates/ja_autoshop/tpls/blocks/mainnav.php

<div class="col-md-3 hidden-sm hidden-xs">

and remove the class 'hidden-sm hidden-xs' so it can show on small screen.

And customize the style also.

The module "Shop by categories" (HikaShop Category Display) module is now showing on the mobile screen, too. Many thanks. However, the HikaShop Filter module in head-search position still isn't displayed on the mobile screen, even though the settings of the module are the same. What is more, that module is being displayed and working as expected on the desktop screen. Is there somewhere a hidden-xs hidden-sm setting for modules in "head-search" position too?

The same with mainnav block, that search section belongs to the header block and you can open the associated PHP file:

/templates/ja_autoshop/tpls/blocks/header.php

Remove the same hiddex-xs class for it.
