I want to translate the "Sidebar Menu" title in the off-canvas menu. But can't find /templates/ja_alpha/tpls/blocks/off-canvas.php file. What is the best way to solve my problem?

It's heading text of off-canvas menu, you can translate by overriding this language constant: T4_OFF_CANVAS_TITLE
Going to Backend >> Extensions >> Language(s) >> Overrides and add translation for your desired language.
