What is the syntax to use Iconmoon with the mega menu? For example, with font awesome there is "fa fa-user." Is there an example or list for Iconmoon? Also, which icon packs from Iconmoon are supported natively?

T4 supports iconmoon as addons under Global Settings of template. But there seems to be issue here, let me check and will get back to you soon.
At this moment, you can add class for iconmoon in the extra class field like this:
