Site very very very slow

The site was updated to the last version of Argo.
I don't know if this is the reason, it's very very very slow now...
An idea about were to search ?

The submitted site url is incomplete. If the loading speed issue is on the backend as well, this issue from server side and its loading slow including slow connection with DB.
Can you correct the domain URL and share me a temp super user login via Edit fields options

Since the site is completely slow its server side, you may need to improve server and optimize the database.

Frontend is slow, backend too...
The server has bee controled, it's ok.
Cpanel is working well.

Yes that's what said...
The guys from the hoster told me it don't come from the server.
I have disable some coment plugins and it seem to be better now.

Just this under the item text :

An idea were I am wrong ?

Can you submit the site login by this i can check it, the file path you shared is just an override of K2 item page.

This is not error, its PHP warning from current version of PHP version on your server, Set the error report to Default or None from Joomla global configurations to hide it. It does not make any issue in working of site.
