As requested in previous post kindly upgrade the user permission submitted in first post to super user level.
Still the login is not allowed for site admin : http://prntscr.com/110dpek
You can try the same login and submit them in edit fields. Once it submitted we are able to check and fix the problem on your site.

Pankaj, I didn't notice the new Super Admin designation (sp - 204). I have changed it to the appropriate Super User level and apologize for the oversight. Please try again with the same login credentials. Your confidence in fixing the problem is reassurring!

Kindly check the site now its opening fine.
The index.php file of the template is customized with wrong codes that i replaced with original file.
You can also update the template and T3 plugin to latest version as both are outdated : https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/joomla-templates/ja-company
