I have installed CMsmart's Delivery Date extension. Which serves the customer a datepicker at checkout so a delivery date can be chosen.
Unfortunatly at Stora this picker does not show. On another site I use a Shape5Template with the same extension, which works fine.
If have asked CMsmart.net for help, they found that using another template on the same webshop does not have this problem.
Anyone know how to fix tis?

If you visit flowersbyfrederique.com, and just put anything in your basket, you'll see the checkout with the two delivery date fields.
In the video, I demo the behaviour. First at flowersbyfrederique.com then at verbloemen.nl
At verbloemen.nl I run the exact same DeliveryDate extension, but with the GCK store template from Shape5.

What login info do you need?
There could be issue of JS conflict there so I need to access backend of your site, kindly share the admin account and ftp account so I can debug and see what's wrong here.

And share the FTP account also.
IP is unblocked and disabled blocking.

Some libraries are missing, I just enabled them in Javascrip files settings in template, it's working now.
