JA K2 Filter look and work like in demo. Issue with listing articles

Hi, I am trying to install JA K2 Filter and also I want it to work and look like in the demo. But when I configure it acording to documentation a i get one column filter or search without some articles listed. And when I hit search button here, after that I see some articles but not every article based on my search. So my question is how can I make it look and work it like in the demo? Thanks a lot.

JA K2 Filter is our commercial product which requires a paid membership to access, however we cannot find an active paid membership associated with your account.
In case you purchased our membership using a totally different account then kindly help to login to that paid account to request support instead.
