This is static HTML file so you can put into any directory you wish. After unzip above file, you can see the 'quark-intro.html' file, you can rename to any name and edit it.
In case that you put all of these files into a same directory, you don't need to edit code inside this html file. But if you put in different directly for images & css file, you need to edit this html file and change to the correct path for css + image files:
