Joomla spam emails

Hello,

for the past couple of weeks, I have been receiving a lot of spam emails as such, apparently sent from my own website, all on Joomla...

Any ideas how to stop that and if only myself is receiving those or potentially an cyber attack to get my emails blocked. ?

If you are using Joomla contact form you can enable captcha on form that will controls the bots reply. https://docs.joomla.org/Archived:How_do_you_use_Recaptcha_in_Joomla%3F/en
This is best possible option in Joomla contact page.
