Logo sizing

Toward the bottom of the home page there are 5 icons of businesses arranged horizontally. I sized these images so that they are all the same size. But for some reason the module is resizing them based on spacing on the page. How can I make sure they stay the actual size?

I assume you are talking about the clients image in the above the footer of site.
This is responsive Joomla template and all the content on website will be resize depend on the screen width.
For example when you are in mobile, the screen is small so the image will be resize to best fit in that view, this is normal for every responsive site and work like this.
Force any image to big size will break the responsiveness of website.
