The Google Anaytics Module is not listed to choose in the the discussion dropdown.

I need help getting the access code for JA GOOGLE ANALYTICS REPORTS MODULE
I have followed the intructions to the letter but when I click on Click to get your access code: Get Access Code I keep getting a screen
Authorization Error
Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch
The redirect URI in the request, urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob, can only be used by a Client ID for native application. It is not allowed for the WEB client type. You can create a Client ID for native application at https://console.developers.google.com/apis/credentials/oauthclient

Please can someone let me know what I am doing wrong here

        Thanks but this did not help at all, it is just too complicated.
        I am going to remove the Google Analytics Module from the website and simply login to Goggle Analytics when I want to see stats.

          I know this is an old post however... I have the solution.

          I am going to assume that you have followed the documentation to setup your API Key listed here...

          When you get to this section that tells you what "application type" to choose...

          1. Create OAuthor Client ID
          2. Go to "Create Credential > OAuthor Client ID"
          3. Add info and select Application type.

          Against all logic you need to select "Desktop App" rather than "Web Application".
