We are presenting several errors in jomsocial:
1- It does not allow assigning users to groups in the admin (when assigned, it is not saved)
2- Generates an error in the email notification to administrators (img 1)
3- In the design of the theme / profile / it is presenting an error apparently related to PHP (img 2)
4- In the option tools / troubleshooting / it also generates another error. (img 3)

What could be happening? ... Thank you!

    Hi
The language issue is from the spanish language package you are using is not complete.
Kindly complete that, you can change the default language to EN to see how it works.

About the error on backend view let me check with dev team, it appear only on your site can be 3rd party conflict or server issue.

We have already tested the language change, we also update the component to the latest version again and it continues to generate the same error in the email notification and does not assign the group to the user.

If it is a server configuration problem I would like to be able to guide our team properly, thank you! Ninja

        Hi
Do you have the same error when Language is set to English as in email it missing the language values.

Yes, when the site is in English it generates the same error.
We have already reviewed the two English and Spanish language files and they are fine.
But the big problem is that it does not allow assigning a group to the user in jomsocial. Ninja

            Hi
Your site has a lot of Jomsocial users, the issue i noted on your site not replicate in the fresh install or demo.
Do you already have Jomsocial before an older version and you updated it to latest?
Kindly share the last version you install and direct update this may be reason of all the issue if a direct update is done, or there can be issue with 3rd party extension.

We have Jomsocial version 4.7.8 installed ... Do jomsocial users have any limits?Ninja

                Hi
There is no limits till your server has resources.
Did you updated Jomsocial from older version to latest if yes what was the previous version?

We had version 4.7.7 installed, but version 4.7.8 has been installed for 2 weeks and only until last week with the update to the new version of joomla 3.9.26 we came to see this problem.
Unfortunately we found it late as we had a grand event last week and unfortunately our backup got out of date very quickly and we were unable to restore the previous version. Ninja
