Adjust/control extra fields

I would like to change some of the titles in the extra fields
see here: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-alpha#extra-fields

For example for 'Project Rate' I would like to remove that (I don't need rating -- plus there is no option for a blank rating, for it to disappear like the other settings).
I would also like to change 'Client' to Event.

Where can I control/change the field values/names?

I did try this:

"Its defined in /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_alpha.ini

TPL_CLIENT = "Client"
TPL_DAY = "Date"
TPL_TYPE = "Type"
TPL_CATEGORY = "Category"
TPL_LINK = "Link"
TPL_RATE = "Rating"

However there was no change to the title names, even after changing "Client" to "Event".

These changes should be done via site root language folder not inside template.
You can also do an override via Joomla language override option for all these values. If still there is issue, i need to check it directly on your site.
Kindly edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff.

Thank you, that worked.
How can I remove 'Rating'? I don't need this. There is no option to leave this field blank, for it to disappear like the others disappear if left blank.
This field must have 1 to 5 stars filled in -- which means it will never disappear. Is there a way to remove it?

You can add this code in custom css to hide it

.info-task-wrap .info-detail>li+li:last-child {display:none;}

this suggestion is based on the demo site.

I forgot the option in the template to edit it via the 'Tools'.
