I switched to blank t4 template, copied the addition of css for RTL that you have sent me,
but the problem returns when i press on the search box to filter items.
Site credentials are the same.

There are 2 main issues:
css: when you press the sorting input field (green squere and white down arrow) there is a glitch, probably RTL connection' and the screen is getting wnormous width.
you fixed that issue on the previous ticket, but noe it pops when i'm sorting.
The second issue is that only show details button apears and not articles title or description. I did not find in the configuration how can i solve it.

You can try it now, it was disabled, sorry.
I can access it now
1 - For the 'glitch', it due to your custom style in template as if you assign that megafilter page to 'Protostar' template or the default style of T4 Blank template, the filter will work fine , there is no 'glitch' there.
2 - You can go to megafilter in backend >> Page Options and drap&drop elements you want to display:
