I copied settings template, to second website.
I don't know where disappear, a titles articles
In default template is correct

I am not able to replicate this issue on fresh install or demo site https://t4-framework.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/j-pages/blog-layout/3-content-blog
It show the title fine. In order to check the problem i need your site access. Kindly submit them in Edit fields options in first post. It is visible only for staff.

Sorry since this issue is not found in template and only on your sore it required to check your site.
Let me know with credentials if you need further support on this topic.

You can check the difference show hide option in Menu to display icon, dates etc it may help.
