3. The console is showing the following errors which may be preventing the JS for the above from firing. What are these errors?

I think this error is also preventing the loading of any JS on the site.

    There is JS conflict on your site, you can go to Backend >> Extensions >> Templates >> GK Issues template style >> Advanced settings tab >> disable 'Javascript compression' option and see how it goes:

    If there is still no go, you can share the admin account so I can take a look.

      That is fixed. Strange that there should be a conflict seeing as I used the quickstart installer.
