JomSocial Toolbar and JS Toolbar not displaying correctly on JomSocial pages

I am transitioning my site to move from the Socialize template to the Social II template.
When I assign the Social II template to the JomSocial part of the website (menu item - Community) neither the JomSocial Toolbar at the top of the JomSocial content nor the JS Toolbar in the header position appear on the pages.
I have currently reassigned the Socialize template to these pages and the JomSocial Toolbar (and the JS Toolbar for the Socilaize template in the header position) so that the section of the site remains usable.

I do however want to use the Social II template on these pages as well - can you advise what may be happening and how I overcome the problem.

Hi
Both the templates are different in the style and Module positions.
When you are using JA Social ii template it has different module position names. So you need to change the position name.
You can see the supported position in template style options of JA Social ii > Layout tab and publish module accordingly.
On Community Menu item you are using Socialize template.
